Teens - 8 Steps To Getting Your License
  • Classroom

    Enroll in one of our classroom packages and complete the 30 hour course. Most classes last 3 weeks, 5 days a week, 2 hours a day.

  • Written Test

    Complete the state written test for obtaining a temporary driver's license just in our own classrooms.

  • Permit

    Once you complete your written test, you may take your signed certificate to the DMV to pick up your temporary license that you'll need in order to legally practice driving.

  • 6 Driving

    After receiving your permit, sign up for 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. Click here to enroll in behind-the-wheels.

  • 6 Observation

    After receiving your permit, sign up for 6 hours of behind-the-wheel observation. Click here to enroll in behind-the-wheels.

  • 30 At Home

    In addition to behind-the-wheels, 30 hours of practice driving must be completed with a parent, documented, and turned in to complete the course.

  • Schedule a Road Test

    Once the above course requirements have been met, simply call the DMV or visit them online to schedule your road test.

  • Road Test

    Take your scheduled road test and apply all the skills you have acquired during your course at United Driving!
